Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using this website. All users of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.

 

  1. Copyright

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text is copyrighted as a collective work under the finnish copyright laws. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited unless authorized by Montre Heritage Oy.

 

  1. Customer and Privacy 

Montre Heritage Oy welcomes all private and corporate customers. The trade relationship follows the applicable Finnish and EU legislation for consumer commerce, marketing and advertising. The Commercial Agreement between Business Customers and Montre Heritage Oy complies principally with these terms and conditions and with the rest of the Finnish Commercial Code.


The customer is obligated to hand over the order when making full contact information containing at least the name, address and telephone number of the consumer, and an e-mail address. The information required for business customers is the name, telephone number and email of the contact person, as well as the business ID, postal address, telephone number or numbers and, where applicable, the billing address.

Customer information is stored in Montre Heritage Oy customer register, where information is used to maintain customer relationship. Montre Heritage Oy and the companies belonging to the same group are also entitled to process and disclose the information contained in the register for legitimate uses (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99). You may deny the use and processing of your information for marketing purposes and check the information about yourself by contacting Montre Heritage Oy customer service.

After the purchase, a customer service invitation can be sent to the customer when an email address has been added to the order. Answering a tutorial is optional. The invitation includes only the products already purchased by the customer. The review does not publicly display client contact information. Montre Heritage Oy uses information gathered through reviews to develop customer experience, product range and services.

The site uses cookies to help make the site more user-friendly. On Montre Heritage Oy the function of cookies is to facilitate, improve, and speed up your experience.   1. Price policy

The prices include VAT, but do not transport unless otherwise stated. If there are clear price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a significantly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer understands the existence of the error.
We will check the prices at the time of processing. When the price drops, we will fix the prices for the customer’s open order. On the other hand, if the price of the product rises before the order is delivered, we will deliver them at the original price.
Delivery time estimates are based on the information provided by the importers and manufacturers. Montre Heritage Oy its suppliers are not responsible for the delays caused by unforeseen changes from outside the affected area.

The age limits for products are respected as set forth in the law. Ordering PG-18 products require birth date at Montre Heritage Oy

 

  1. Delivery

Montre Heritage Oy offers a comprehensive range of transport options. For more information about delivery forms and their service content, visit our website. Montre Heritage Oy shopping cart will automatically consider shipping offers. Individual order products can be delivered in more than one shipment.
The final order processing is to be made within 48 hours of receiving it. Finished order refers to an order that all products are in our warehouse and booked to order, and the order payment method is accepted.
Montre Heritage Oy is not required to reserve other products of the same order for a customer if the availability of a single product is poor or its delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond Montre Heritage Oy. Alternatively, the consumer may accept either post-delivery of the delayed product or withdrawal of the order. Shipping costs will be charged according to the valid price list. Products ordered will be reserved for a maximum of 7 days, after which the order will be canceled unless the customer has agreed to postpone delivery under Montre Heritage Oy.

 

  1. Payment

  1. Returning

Montre Heritage Oy offers its customers a refund only when the product has been delivered damaged.
We kindly ask you to keep all documents related to Customer Returns carefully until you have received information about receiving a refund from Montre Heritage Oy. Repackable products must be carefully packed.

 

  1. Warranty, Support, and Liability

The warranty period is defined in the product information.
Montre Heritage Oy provides further instructions for product recycling if needed.

 

  1. Complaint

The customer is required to provide a purchase certificate, receipt or other proof of purchase and time at the time of return or when filing a defect in the goods. Montre Heritage Oy reserves the right to charge the cost of the receipt for the receipt from the buyer.
Complaints are only processed in writing. The website has the ability to leave a customer feedback or fill out a complaint form.
Solving Disputes and Jurisdiction: The Consumer Customer is entitled to settle disputes arising out of this Agreement for settlement by the Consumer Disputes Board. Prior to dealing with the matter, the consumer must contact the Consumer Ombudsman.
Attorneys’ expenses are not compensated because Consumer Counseling and the Consumer Disputes Board provide free of charge assistance in solving disputes.
